Nice switch of comments...but it still does not support your original comment. Insurance used to be based on catastrophic coverage. Taxes are always argued that they can go up by democrats...so that means there is disposable income still available to be consumed by the government. That also means that people can afford to pay for primary care if taxes are kept low...
