Doesn't Costco have some policy about returns on electronics? Such as, they don't take electronics back? Probably won't work for you, but I've mastered the whiny, bitchy, poor little ole me, old lady voice that I know young men hate to listen to. I hate having to listen to me doing it. Dell will take back a lemon if you can prove it's a lemon. I did it by getting a stateside guy to take control of my computer while I whined on the other end. It takes an investment in time, because they'll keep you on the phone as long as they can in the hopes you'll get disgusted and hang up. I either use a blue tooth or put them on speaker. Get their name and badge number first.
