<< If Clinton and his boys wanted to wreck East Asia, they'd close our markets to them >> Interesting thought Thomas - but just give a thought to the effect of US inflation if this happened! No cheap goods for the US consumer in Wal Mart - No cheaply assembled cell phones, walkmans CD players etc. - Shortages of computer assembled parts such as disk drives (they are virtually all assembled in Asia) - and the list goes on. Just go into any retail outlet in the US and remove everything not made in the US from the shelves to get the picture! The US consumer would be the next loser with hyperinflation in the US and depression in Asia..
