What do you think about a hedge on Imax Corp if the common moves up a couple of dollars more? An American convert. at 5.75% Apr. 2003 at approx. 139 U.S.. Chart on Imax tells me that correction is underway. Very high P/E of about 50/1.
The bonds are callable at slightly above par after Apr 1 1999 if the common shares are trading at or over $30 U.S.
