THanks, I find there is indeed a very good correlation between periods of lower advances and lower market prices. Surprisingly, I see much less correlation to the number of lower advances. Will check the behavior of this indicator in more bearish environments like the one that lies ahead. Chart is a courtesy of stockcharts.com
