EMC - here is a pot play that came roaring out of the gate and after things quieted down it ran out of steam. Not saying you are wrong on BUZ , in fact I think you are correct - it will move on news. Down to timing - they may take a few months to get things lined up. The market has a bunch of these puppies and very few seem to get traction.
