Have you tried to use their customer support ? It is really lacking and the answers they give are wrong. I had a very bad experience with them. It's too bad, I use to love Intuit but ever since MS experience experience, they got fat and lazy. Probably need to be bought out by somebody and turned around. I think current current mgmt saw big dollars of MS, and forgot about counting chickens before hatching and also that in this tough market you have to keep earning customer dollars. But with that said, I might be a buyer at this price, I will keep watching but the company has broken my heart.
