You probably are right. But my situation going back into fix and flip the auctions so redeploying some of my equity into that. Been five years of just buy and hold now and I am bursting with energy also real tired of tenant pool especially millenials gets worse and worse each year.. Also want less exposure to coastal areas and hurricanes or a forthcoming economic downturn someday that will be a real doozy..
