not 2.3 million..but you sure can get 8 or so out ( your cousin and his family)...they could have driven north for 12 hours...i bet Oklahoma City has some nice hotels,with A/C, color T V ,and room service.... whoever gets the force of a Cat 4 hurricane and the water and flooding is going to be educated... edit ..Oklahoma City is 444 miles and a 7 hour drive.....a no brainer... Memphis is a 9 hour drive...go see Graceland and stay at the Peabody...
