Thanks, Brad! BTW, I'm working with only one oar in the water when it comes to my post #893. I'm still trying to sort out the tax lien situation. An earlier post referred to a lien against FAMH in Texas. Then there is the current lien against Myraid/Myriad in California. I'm afraid I have muddied the waters for the rest of you, so I will go back to lurking for awhile. Thanks to all for your patience! Scott
