Tideglider,

The SEC doesn't ever just "end" an investigation,(at least that is my experience.)

They will investigate, subpoenaing whatever documentation and records they find necessary. After weeks or months of investigation and depositions, they will determine if there is probable cause to file a civil or criminal complaint.

Then depending on the severity of the investigative findings they may possibly offer a settlement with an agreed upon fine, or merely a statement that the company neither admits or denies guilt, but promises never to do, whatever it is the SEC said they did, ever again.

If there are no criminal or civil charges pending, then there will be a period of months until the final agreement is finalized and signed.

I don't know what stage the SEC is at right now... but from experience, it will require some time.

I wonder if Morgan/Breton or company documents/records have been subpoenaed yet?? Maybe one of the yeahs can ask them and get back to "Riley's Thread"??

Regards,

Ron
