Mike---Crossover still appears to be at least a couple of quarters away since high end memory demand is still a little weak and prices while moving up would have to break 3.50-3.75 and remain there. BTW prices on 4x4 have broken 3.00 on spot and I expect will go higher near term with some topping at 3.50 before we see where they will actually settle. Plenty of speculation and certainly MU will be getting 3.00+ on all their 4x4 over this period will cause some revisions again on EPS this quarter. Regards Jerry
