UABK - this former penny stock bank did a 50/1 reverse split and according to the information I recieved from the bank in Feb they have 950,168 common shares outstanding.

I assume that the preferred shares mean the commons represent approx 70% of the capital structure.

Is that a fair assumption?

The call report and banknet show earnings of 1,981,000 for the first 6 mos of this year.

When they did the reverse split they gave fractional shareholders $16.48

My guess is that this bank is undervalued here... but I'm still just learning how to figure out how to value banks.

I added 300 shares last week.
