Kevin: At the risk of sounding cheeky, I believe that it is best to reiterate that Barrick "already (has) an association with YRI and its management." And this association has many components, as well as some non-equity related investment possibilities. They have a good sized piece of us already -- as our largest single shareholder -- as well as a JV position in Indonesia. They have good access to detailed data. They are on the board. They are looking at a couple of our other projects with an eye to investing. And they are not selling their position. Buying more YRI shares is against their stand still agreement and it isn't what they want to do right now. Having said this, I don't know what will happen down the road. I hope this helps... some.
