I agree Brad, they are still probably working on the details, this may take a week or few. I do appreciate the continued digging by fellow threadsters but heck, we probably know more about the situation than most of the people your calling. This is going to take a little time. We need wait and when the infomation is ready to be released I am sure it will be. Ira, is a finance guy and that is what he does best, we need to let him work this out with as little distraction as possible. Luck all PHILL
