Whether it is a small problem, a tiny, unimportant problem, or a huge problem, it has engineering solutions and if people will simply let the facts work through the system an appropriate amount of engineering force will be applied to solve the problem. Only when government gets involved do the forces become unbalanced. And that is what has happened today. We have Elon Musk with great ideas throwing taxpayer dollars at problems that probably don't need to be solved at this time. So, now, he is digging tunnels to nowhere. Let things happen under market force and problems get solved.
