For what it is worth, I have some concerns about CMGI but also an ongoing interest in it. Interest: being a 'baby Berkshire' is never a bad thing. Concern: being promoted (even if quietly promoted) as a 'baby Berkshire' could mean the co. is already well known to too many people. Also, as with SafeGuard, I worry when a company has a complex structure. What do I know about investing in holding companies, especially one that is for growth and not a blue chipper?
