If we help people pay for health insurance the same way we help people buy flood insurance how is that different? Oh wait, it's not.

If we force them to buy flood insurance when they live in an area hit by hurricanes is that worse than forcing people health insurance? Oh wait, that's like the ACA again. Damn, this is getting confusing.

When is it good to help people buy insurance and when is it necessary to say they have to have insurance? Oh wait, we already do it with the ACA and flood insurance. Never mind.
