Don't think so, this is a game changer.

Insulting to China, on eve of 19th party jamboree.

If I were top dog in China, I'd say to the nk: you're on your own if you attack first, but we defend you if USA strikes first blow. But nk has to cut out the childish crap as part of deal, stop destabilizing things. MAD that should work
