Hi Al,

It's a recording, so it can't be played live. Only analysts can participate. Since the market will be closed, not a big deal.

My expectations are based on VLSI investor relations responses to anyone who bothered to call when the stock fall occured. Basically they dispelled the rumors, confirmed Q4 and said 98 growth was intact. And Ericsson never cancelled any orders. I actually spoke briefly with the CFO. I think they may be in a quiet period now, but if they had any bad news to "pre-announce" it would have been done by now. A lot of issues will be addressed at the conference call.

I also spoke informally to some of the people who work there, and they were very upbeat on the new products. Hope this helps. Jim
