i purchased this stock at 1/2 its ipo price, and am suprised that it is still at the same level.

i do not believe a stock like vytl has a january effect. the company has growth and hopefully the europe deregualtion will push this stock up. phone company stocks in general have done well with exceptions (see vytl).

i can not imagine selling this stock at this level.

i did purchase vytl because i believe they will go higher due to european dereg and their expanding revenue.

it looks like a time to sit and wait.
