Yeah, damn good question... my hunch is that they can't touch interest rates, they're more talk than walk... Higher rate would only strengthen the dollar and Donald wants a weaker dollar, he's going to get what he wants... besides, the FED is trapped in their own web of criminal deceit, they all belong in prison... GZ
