Regarding your GM, Cadillac analogy.

Unless I am mistaken, I don't think that GM has someone, who is a convicted felon, having entered guilty pleas to violating securities laws, "advising" its Management and Board of Directors on securities matters.

However, that's o.k. Frank. Don't let the facts get in your way.
