Did you encounter any smoke/fires? It was heavy when we left, but clear when we returned.
On the way over on Friday there was a lot of smoke in Naches. It cleared by the top of White Pass. No smoke on the Coast. On the way back, the smoke started around Morton. Smoky all the way home, and this morning there is a strong smell of smoke in the air. I see I-84 is closed due to a fire near Cascade Locks.
