As some pundits predicted the Chicken President isn't going announce his DACA plan himself. He's going to have Sessions do it. And he's punting to Congress with no recommendation.

Will Trump have the guts to announce his #DACA decision himself? He likes to talk tough at his pep rallies and in tweets, but. . .

Trump isn't even making the announcement himself but is leaving that up to Sessions. What a coward.

Is this Trump calling on Congress to codify DACA into law? Unclear!

Exasperated Trump Asked Aides For A “Way Out” On DACA

Last week, with a key court deadline looming for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, Mr. Trump, exasperated, asked his aides for “a way out” of a dilemma he created by promising to roll back the program as a presidential candidate, according to two people familiar with the exchange.

Mr. Trump’s chief of staff, John F. Kelly, who had wrestled with crafting a compromise in his previous job as the president’s homeland security secretary, began consulting with Republican lawmakers and staff members for a quick fix, according to three officials familiar with the situation. He finally arrived at an inelegant solution to an intractable problem: Delaying a decision on the final fate of about 800,000 “Dreamers” covered by President Barack Obama’s executive action for six months, and putting it on Congress to come up with a legislative solution to the problem…

Doing that, however, fits a pattern that Mr. Trump has established in recent months of postponing consequential decisions on contentious topics, like health care reform, leaving it to senior members of his administration or Republican congressional leaders to articulate a final position while seeking to deflect blame for the results.

During the campaign, Big Mouth Donald brayed loudly, making bold promises, now he doesn't want to take responsibility. Tell Congress it's theirs to deal with .. but don't that openly either, have someone else go out and take the heat. Another thing you can count on, no matter what Congress does President Little Hands will bash them for it, just like the House healthcare bill.
