My best guess on approval time would be 4th quarter of this year; unfortunately, the FDA moves very slowly. It might be earlier if a Crohn's disease patient advocacy group puts some pressure on them. The approval would initially only be for Crohn's disease; they haven't yet completed the rheumatoid arthritis studies.
