Taxi, MCRE is a graphics company, Metacreations, used to be Metatools. They made an acquisition of a competitor and are now MCRE. There might be a lot of downgrades but overall...I personally would wait for these and then BUY low, not short. Over the long haul it's a growth company with good products and the merger seems to have produced the sought after "synergies" and cost savings (unusual for mergers). I suppose shorts could make money in the short term but personally I would be waiting for a buying opportunity on this one.
