APVO. I pass again. As far as I can tell with a quick look, price:cash ratio is the ruling reason to buy. Sometimes buying these development companies like that has worked for me, and sometimes not. For somebody who'll delve into the company to understand its prospects, maybe a small buy. Not worth it to me for just a small speculation. Got to be better opportunities out there - at least where I can somewhat see the likelihood of the probabilities being in my favor. Jmo, and I've been wrong many many times.

My horse here is still TTPH although for it too, I can't really be confident of its success.
