Board of Directors Expands
My mission as your CEO, is to transfer MDI into a "world class" corporation whose focus is technological superiority, product innovation and market leadership, thereby creating increasing revenues and improving shareholder value.
Now, as our company continues it's development and reorganization according to my plan, it is important that I draw on additional experience, expertise and councel to offer advice and to assist me in further developing and refining out corporate strategies and programs.
To fulfill this need, I have asked Mr Aaron Etra, Esq. to join MDI's Board of Directors.
Aaron has been president of Investors & Developers Associates, Inc.(INDEVA) of New York since 1981. INDEVA are merchant developers of commercial, residential and industrial property in the United States.
In addition, INDEVA activities include brokerage and property management, managing and financing ventures internationally, domestic and international trading and commmerce, technology transfer, and business advisors and councellors.
Since 1966, Aaron has been an attorney and counsellor at law. His practice includes commercial, corporate tax and personal law. Previously, Aao\ron was associated with the law firms ofFriend, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobsen (New York and London), and Etra & Etra (New York). Aaron was formerly Managing Director, International Advisory Group (New York and London), and a member of the Hollander Concern (Stockholm, Paris and London), and was in the Cabinet of the Director-General International Labor Organization, Geneva, Switzerland.
Aaron recieved his undergraduate degree in political science and economics from Yale University, his juris doctorate from Columbia University School of Law, and his masters in law from New York University. In addition, Aaron studied at the Hague Academy of International Law.
During the past five months, I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work closely with Aaron and draw upon his vast experience in corporate development and strategic planning. His insight, advice and suggestions have been timely and invaluable. Aaron's addition to MDI's Board of Directors increases our expertise in the areas of international development and corporate strategic planning.
Also joining MDI's Board of Directors are Ed Alexander and Agostino Vittadini. As I have previously explained, both of these professionals bring specific experience,knowledge and success which position MDI as the leading "functional water" company in the United States. Our goal to become "America's functional Water Company" is well on it's way to being achieved.
Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Aaron, Ed, and Agostino as they join the MDI team!
