Thanks for the link. I believe blacks represent around 12% of the population and yet nearly 40% of the prison population as of July 2017.

Federal Bureau of Prisons.

I didn't research those in prison for drugs but I know President Obama went out of his way to get as many blacks out of prison as possible because they were in prison only because they were black.
