How did you determine this - what web site can I go to confirm? Your information is very current, do you subscribe to a special service that gives you up to date info? Was the buyer McQuire again? - Seems somewhat strange to me that any insider was unable to get whatever they wanted at the recent private placement at $1.75.
BTW at this rate of progress the next private placement in about a year or so should be at about $2.00, which is about 15% - 20% annual appreciation in spite of the dilution...............zzzzzzz
