Hi Art,

Yes, those are the current pivots. Prices tend to gravitate to the center line. If a rally fails to touch that center line and then moves to the lower line, prices are likely to move lower still. Once prices fail to reach the objective, the center line, and begin to move lower, I immediately abandon that fork and draw a new one in the new direction. In this case, the direction is down and I'm now looking to buy when prices touch the center line as it trends lower. The most recent fork is the most reliable.
