Also, Richard Branson's island was wiped out. It's next door to Virgin Gorda.

Irma decimates Bitter End Yacht Club

Bitter End Yacht Club sustained significant damage from Hurricane Irma, according to a video from Caribbean Buzz Helicopters.The resort closes annually in the tropical season. Employees who were on site during the storm are safe, the resort said in a statement on its website.



The Bitter End Yacht Club was completed destroyed by Hurricane Irma.

The resort is a popular spot for the wealthy on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands.

The island is next to Necker Island, where Richard Branson stayed during the monstrous storm.
