Huntsville, Alabama will occassionally have freezing rain during the winter. It will have the rare threat of a tornado spinning off of Florida's hurricanes. State of Florida financial position is better than State of Alabama. Alabama has an income tax but no inheritance tax. There is no guarantee that republicans will continue to control Alabama to keep taxes down However, Alabama is the center of U.S. defense jobs and many PHDs State of Tennessee financial position is close to State of Florida.
