<<Fuji contractually required confidentiality regarding certain details of their agreement with Presstek>> JM, how do you know that this statement is true? The only statement that Presstek has made regarding confidentiality is "Due to contract obligations with its strategic partners, in the future the Company will not unilaterally make public announcements ...." Not only do we not know who required this confidentiality (Presstek or its partner, or both), we don't know if it even exists in the Fuji agreement.
