You are right that what you posted must be fulfilled. The giving of the mark is the final decision time for all those alive at the time, believer and non-believer. After the mark is given the "wheat" and the "chaff" have been seperated as God said He would do when He was ready. Then Jesus comes for His elect and finally the wrath of God is poured on in the earth. The system for the mark is alreay being built by several companies which I have put a link to in my web page

It's a few years away from being fully implimented but will definately be working soon. It has already been announced on the news that all ATMs in the US are going to be replaced by a similar system which requires a retina or palm scan along with a reading of facial temperature (to see if your alive I guess).
It is not long my friend until the end.
