I remember recently seeing the Ricky Vaughn 2.0 Twitter post of 10 Sept. (regarding Joseph Rago). However, I was confused then (as I am now). Joseph Rago was found dead on July 20, 2017. So, how was Ricky Vaughn's 10 Sept. post (nearly 2 months later) considered "Breaking"? Maybe I'm missing something here?
