jtechkid, I hope your gut feelings come to fruition. I think you are probably right that AUGI has hit bottom somewhere in the $2 share area. The question for investors is will buying at this perceived support level be dead money or not over the short-term horizon. I think the shareholder's meeting probably will provide a few answers and maybe improved stock price movement. I would love to see AUGI get back on track and ultimately provide increased shareholder's value.

I hope in three weeks at the shareholder's meeting management will give definitive info on the status of the Connectsoft IPO. Connectsoft needs this IPO money to further market their Free Agent Product. Competition in the unified messaging marketplace is strong with much bigger players in terms of resources such as Lucent Technologies (Octel), Centigram Communications, and Boston Technology.
