It is fascinating to see the various systems that are being developed which are ostensibly designed to protect people from fraud, etc., but which are quite capable of controlling people. After all, if you control people's ability to spend you have taken a major step toward controlling people completely. I, too, have read and heard about the various systems you mention that are being developed. These do seem to be taking us closer to the technological ability for Revelation 13:16-17 to become reality.
