If Kim the Fatter adopts USA thinking as expressed to China, wherein Team USA explained that trade disputes over intellectual property and tariffs are separate from, different from and nothing to do with national security, then Kim would say to the UN sanctions committee and Big Don that North Korea's national security is separate from, different from and nothing to do with trade sanctions. Stopping North Korea selling coal to China and refusing to sell wheat to north Korea doesn't stop atomic bomb production or rocket development. Plus ca change... China no doubt prefers to have Big Don focused on Kim the Fatter instead of the Spratly islands, Taiwan, Tibet, the India border, Angola and elsewhere in Africa. North Korea is a very useful pit bull terrier which snarls and barks at USA. China let's the lead out a bit as required. Keeps the vicious dog fed on enough raw meat to enable it to bite as needed.
