Michael, assuming IOMG dosen't get any competetion in the next two years (which I serioulsy doubt), what are their earnings expectations in 97 and 98. From what I've seen they don't break the $1 mark in 97 and are a little higher than a $1 in 98. These numbers do not justify the current price. If u are paying a premium for IOMG based on what it might do in 1999, I think u are gambling, because thinks change too fast in this industry. dave
