Far be it for me to discourage someone who can see obvious benefits that escape me. Lets just say that my five years in the cold damp of Oregon west valley winters was enough to discourage me from considering places farther North for living accommodations. If Barrow works for you, go for it but do bring a sufficient gage long rifle for good luck or whatever. Just in case.
