As one of the CHPS long-termers I'd just like to offer a word of
support for your various posts - (which may or may not be the kiss
of death for the deal completing !).

The bottom line here is that Intel WANT CHPS, and only the FTC can
stop it. I believe that the FTC will not do so.

However, these repetitive delays are enough to test the patience of a
saint. Your consistant logic and measured responses are all the more
appreciated in the face of such trials.

I trust we are now close to a well earned and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

(p.s. On each day that the market is particularly volatile I draw
a kind of perverse reassurance that CHPS is my largest holding.....)
