I agree with every word you just said!!

Full understanding IS purposely withheld and it's foolish to think that one can divine God's full role in things..

The concept of 'free will' with regard to religion is also so misunderstood--- even by people of faith. Many will pray asking God to change someone else. Like make their husband stop drinking too much. And then they can become so disappointed and even lose their faith, not understanding that the gift of free will means that God will not intervene. The most one can hope for is that God will assist an individual, if asked, in overcoming their own shortcomings. But not someone else's.
