BELO HORIZONTE, Brazil, Sept. 14, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Verde AgriTech Plc (TSX:NPK) (OTCQB:AMHPF) ("Verde” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s common shares are trading on the OTCQB Venture Market (the “OTCQB”) in the United States (“U.S.”) under the symbol “AMHPF”.

Verde continues to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under its current symbol “NPK”.
