There's nothing in what you wrote that is true. Look at the deficit numbers before the Gingrich deal in 1997. We had a projected surplus for 1998, the year it would have started. Gingrich wanted credit for the massive reduction in deficits that Democrats gave us with tax increases. Look at the numbers....and know what you wrote is a lie.
