Well did you ever do the math on this one?

Intuit sell Intuit service Corp to Checkfree...has a 71M profit on the sale...gets 12.6M Shares.....then sells a 2M share of Checkfree for Cash and get about 29M. Then picks up Excite for $39M...so they got 20% of both for 10 Million in Cash out of Pocket.

Hey doc do you know what 20% of Excite + 20% Checkfree is? Worth 36 times that 10 Million in out of pocket cash.

BTW this made me feel good Intuits' target is $45-$50 and Excite just got raised to $40 from $28-$33. Checkfree is the only one above it's target...wonder which analyst...is going to peg them at $40 from $22.
