i don't think trump believes he is beat on the wall. he has the support of the people . if congress doesn't support him, he should go on live tv directly to the people. tell them congress refuses to build the wall. if you read the statistics from news group only 27% support building a wall. i would be interested if those who can vote show up at the polls to vote against representatives who do not support a wall.
