We had some more news today. Cirrus and Qsound are teaming up.

i also found this over at www.ogr.com.

"Zoran has announced that it's vaddis DVD decoder chip
supports Q Sound's Q Surround 3D Audio Technology. The
implemation will be demonstrated during this months
CES and is currently avaiable in Sharp corporations
DVS100 DVD Player"

I guess the company is going after all aspects of
the 3D audio business. I'm not banking on DVD for
awhile, but it's nice to know they have their fingers
in a piece of the pie.
