Well I expect if your the one in the area that can produce electricity and there is no where to drive, all manner of folks would share their gas as their is no where to drive anyway. And storing 20 gallons of gas is no bid deal.
And how many gas pumps can a generator power.

Of course if all think like dumber than a bag of koans ratie, they would no have generators in the first place.
